本體及內部結構心得小結: ○14公分短機身全模組化設計,黑色線材在外皮壓印傘繩編織線花紋。提供1個ATX 20+4P 、2個EPS 4+4P、1個600W 12VHPWR、3個PCIE 6+2P、10個SATA(8個直式,2個直角)、3個 省力易拔大4P,未提供小4P接頭或轉接線 ○電源端12VHPWR插座的S4/S3接至COM,為600W定義,S2/S1空接(未接到COM或是經上拉電 阻接至+3.3V) ○大孔徑風扇護網直接沖壓在外殼上,具備Hybrid Silent Fan Control功能,開啟後於 低負載/低溫下風扇停止運轉,待負載/溫度提高後才會啟動並採溫控運轉。關閉後風扇採 常時溫控運轉 ○交流輸入插座及總開關後方小電路板背面覆蓋隔板。磁芯/交流電源線/模式開關本體/ 模式開關線路/主電路板保險絲有包覆套管,突波吸收器沒有包覆套管 ○主電路板背面焊點做工良好,於二次側同步整流MOSFET區域加上導熱墊片 ○採用一次側主動功率因數修正及全橋諧振、二次側同步整流輸出12V,搭配DC-DC轉換 3.3V/5V/-12V ○APFC MOSFET採用Infineon,APFC二極體採用CREE/Wolfspeed,一次側MOSFET採用 Greatpower,二次側12V同步整流採用Nexperia。APFC/一次側MOSFET採用全絕緣封裝 ○APFC電容使用Nichicon,其他固態/電解電容使用Nippon Chemi-con/Nichicon/Rubycon ○二次側電源管理IC可偵測輸出電壓/電流是否在正常範圍,並加裝風扇控制用微控制器 各項測試結果簡單總結: ○20%/50%/100%輸出轉換效率分別為90.86%/91.82%/88.6%,符合80PLUS金牌認證要求20% 輸出87%效率、50%輸出90%效率、100%輸出87%效率 ○功率因數修正,滿足80PLUS金牌認證要求 ○偏載測試,12V維持空載,測試3.3V滿載、5V滿載、3.3V/5V滿載的3.3V/5V/12V電壓變 化,均未超出±5%範圍 ○電源啟動至綜合全負載輸出狀態,12V上升時間26ms,5V上升時間4ms,3.3V上升時間 4ms ○綜合全負載輸出狀態切斷AC輸入模擬電力中斷,12V於21ms降至11.34V ○輸出無負載時12V有鋸齒狀漣波;輸出12V/3A至12V/8A時有最小12V漣波;輸出12V/9A時 有最大12V漣波;輸出12V/10A以上12V漣波波形固定,只改變振幅。於綜合全負載輸出下 12V/5V/3.3V各路低頻漣波分別為16.8mV/13.2mV/14.8mV;於純12V全負載輸出下 12V/5V/3.3V各路低頻漣波分別為17.2mV/11.2mV/13.2mV ○12V動態負載測試,變動範圍5A至25A,維持時間500微秒,最大變動幅度為298mV ○12V動態負載測試,變動範圍25A至50A,維持時間500微秒,最大變動幅度為254mV ○12V動態負載測試,變動範圍10A至66A,維持時間500微秒,最大變動幅度為538mV ○12V動態負載測試,變動範圍20A至82A,維持時間500微秒,最大變動幅度為466mV ○熱機下3.3V過電流截止點39A(156%),5V過電流截止點39A(156%),12V過電流截止點 115A(139%) 報告完畢,謝謝收看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.40.153.8 (臺灣) ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/PC_Shopping/M.1695913006.A.820.html
