很簡單 因為新加坡私立學店來源眾多 組成複雜 例如中國政府承認的新加坡「私立大學文憑」主要分五大類 中國教育部認證 教育部設立了國外學歷認證機制，留學後回國的同學需拿畢業證書進行學歷認證，只有教 育部承認的國外大學才可以獲得認證。這項認證對於畢業後，有回國傾向的留學生們尤其 重要。隨著新加坡政府對其私人教育機構立法和品質保障機制的不斷完善，目前在以下幾 類私立教育機的文憑證書已納入中國留學生服務中心認證範圍： 一、私立大學 SIM University（後來更名為Singapore University of Social Sciences,且現已轉為公 立大學） 二、獲新加坡政府津貼的私立教育機構 1. Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts 2. LASALLE College of the Arts 三、依據2013年新加坡《私立教育法案豁免條例》豁免審查的外國大學分校 1. DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore. 2. EDHEC Risk Institute – Asia. 3. ESSEC. 4. German Institute of Science and Technology – TUM Asia. 5. INSEAD. 6. SP Jain School of Global Management. 7. The University of Chicago Booth School of Business 8. Sorbonne-Assas International Law School – Asia. 9. New York University Tisch Asia School of the Arts（截止日期：2016年10月3日 ） 10. University of Nevada，Las Vegas（截止日期：2017年7月11日） 四、在新加坡私立教育理事會（CPE）註冊，並獲得信託之星（Edustar）的私立教育機構 James Cook University, Singapore Campus（證照時間為2010年7月後） 五、 經與相關部門溝通，部分在新加坡私立教育理事會（CPE）註冊，並獲得4年期信託 認證（Edutrust）的私立教育機構也將逐步被納入 　　由於新加坡此類私立教育機構數量較多，頒發第三國文憑證書的情況較為複雜，為保 護留學人員利益，中國留學生服務中心在與頒布機構建立溝通，充分溝通新加坡的辦學及 合作情況，並建立有效核查管道後，已將下列符合資格的文憑證書納入認證範圍（持續更 新）: 為新加坡私立機構 和 海外大學 合辦的 新加坡私立院校與英國、澳洲等國知名大學合作辦學，本科以上文憑的頒發均來這些自合 作大學，這些大學的文憑本就被全球各國認可。 並且可以確定，在新加坡私立院校就讀合作大學的課程，畢業後由合作大學本校頒發文憑 ！ 在新加坡就讀的學生與合作大學本校畢業生所獲得的文憑沒有任何差別，完全一樣！ 沒有新加坡字樣，沒有合作大寫字樣，沒有任何註腳，一個字母也不差。 以下這份表格的重點在於新加坡私立教育機構與頒布院校， 也就是在哪裡上學、拿到哪個大學的證書。 就例如第一行，是在科廷教育中心Curtin Education Centre，也就是在科廷新加坡上課， 最後獲得是澳洲科廷大學的畢業證書。 頒布院校名稱 新加坡私立教育機構名稱 可受理認證起始時間（以為準） Curtin University Curtin Education Centre
