[閒聊] 飲控仔的早餐選擇

大家安安, 開始飲控之後就不敢在早餐店撒野亂點一通惹, 畢竟不是專業營養師,要在早餐店肉眼估熱量有點難度, 所以飲控後都改吃超商的早餐組合了, 最近愛上這組(65元烤雞三明治+燕麥奶), 有時候沒有太餓,早上喝一瓶燕麥奶就可以撐到中午了, 三明治直接變午餐,65元直接解決兩餐 飲控早餐組會吃這組嗎?還是有其他組合推薦呢?請推爆我! https://i.imgur.com/qidGEQM.jpg
