Eric Hosmer 今天在個人社群宣布結束選手生涯，正式退休
並且成立 MoonBall Media，開設Podcast節目 The Diggin’ Deep Podcast
Hosmer 合計13年的大聯盟生涯，效力過皇家隊、教士隊、紅襪隊、小熊隊
一共出賽1689場，累計繳出1753支安打、198發全壘打、893分打點、76次盜壘成功
通算打擊三圍 .276/.335/.427 OPS 0.762
另外拿過一次全明星賽MVP、一次銀棒獎以及四屆金手套獎
在2015年球季隨著皇家隊一同奪得世界大賽冠軍
