Driver said it costs 200 TWD and showed the meter to me. I got really suspicious, but just gave him 200 TWD and left without saying anything. I asked my friends around and they said I just got scammed. First time getting scammed in years. Welp...Lesson learned again. For your 40 seconds within the airports, I’m guessing from terminal to terminal, if it is really from terminal to terminal it could mean a 2km drive around the airport, which results in the meter ticking 3 times. Also there is an extra line up fee 15% for airport taxis.
