Rich Hill Still Planning On Midseason Signing Free agent left-hander Rich Hill is sticking to his plan of signing with a club during the season. He tells Ian Browne of MLB.com that he actually turned down o ffers from three teams in the winter but is still preparing for an upcoming sign ing.
